What we collect

Public scans require no wallet or account. Our infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and abuse-prevention counters. We record aggregate product events such as a scan starting or completing, a pricing visit and a checkout step. Those event records do not contain an email, wallet address, token address, IP address or persistent visitor identifier. If you create an account, we process your email, saved scans, watchlist, alert preferences and notification-delivery status. If you contact us, we process the information you submit.

Why we use it

We use this data to provide and secure the service, monitor tokens selected by you, deliver requested in-app or email alerts, measure whether research workflows work, sync account features, respond to requests, diagnose failures and improve product performance. We do not sell personal data.

Processors and retention

Hosting, database, authentication and email-delivery providers process information on our behalf. We retain account records and watchlist notifications while your account is active, aggregate product events for measurement and operational logs only as reasonably needed for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can use public scanning without an account. Signed-in customers can disable email, change alert cadence and control risk or opportunity notifications from the Research Desk. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected].
